I see you shiver with… Montreal?

I’m definitely committed to the Worldcon, 6th-10th August, in Montreal.

This will be my first (and probably my last) Worldcon in North America. I’ve heard they run big over there. I’m looking forward to this especially, because I’ve been to Montreal a couple of times before and I love it. Also, one of my best friends lives there and I’m hoping I can get to visit with her, once I’m done with post-Worldcon crashing.

Who else is going? Can we have a FeministSF meetup?

I’m not planning on attending WorldCon, but since it’s being held in my area, I could go to a meet-up.

Looking forward to seeing you! You don’t know me, but I’m definitely a feminist. But I’m on staff so I’ll probably be too busy working…

Might be worth cross-posting here http://community.livejournal.com/anticipation_09/

I’m planning to be in Montreal for a couple of days before the convention (flights permitting: I’d like to try and normalise my bodyclock a bit to Canadian time before the con begins) and certainly for a week afterwards, so perhaps we could have a post-con feministSF meetup?

(Val, I’m permanently banned from livejournal for reasons explained here and here, so, unless Anticipation has a blog elsewhere, I won’t be crossposting.)

    I’d love to!
