I’m on my way to BlogHer 2007 in Chicago! So, say hi if you see me there!

Here’s a snippet from LJ’s feminist_writer community:

Juno Books’s Paula Guran is looking for stories for Warrior Women, which will be a reprint “anthology of adventurous tales of fantastic females fighting for what they believe in and for those they love.”

She’s looking for short fiction about courageous women conquerors or defenders standing strong; thirsting for the glory of battle or fighting only because they must. Women warriors using magic, supernatural powers, the simplest weapons, or the highest technology to battle their foes. From Amazons to warrior princesses to space cadets—strong women who meet the challenge of fighting the good fight.

E-mail her with suggestions at editor@juno-books.com.
